EEWOM stands for “Enhancing Employability of Women in Minority Communities through profiling/assessment, training programmes and job counselling”. It is a EuropeAid project fi-nanced by the European Commission within the framework of the Operational Programme for Human Resources Management 2007-2013 and aimed at improving the employability of wom-en from ethnic minorities in Macedonia. The project was launched in November 2012 for the period of 17 months.
